Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are also responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Customized or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
